Post-Draft Battery GM Salty as Hell

“Look, I’m only here because the League bases their Owner Rankings on blog post participation. Next question?”

“No, who’s Tajae Sharpe? Right, right. He’s better than Calvin Johnson.”

“Joey will sign when he wants to sign. I don’t give anyone money up front. My day time job is working with people who are homeless; let’s just say that some skills are transferable.”

“Keith Marshall and Alex Collins will be this season’s gophers.”

“I do like James Bradberry. Panthers CBs have a history of playing well. He won’t be as good as Ramsey. Damn, I wanted that guy. I lost track of him when Mackensie Alexander kept getting drafted and then dumped. Holy crap!”

“Grade? Double A plus.”

  1. Adam, I can’t stomach trading WRs any more.

These rookie-only drafts are very telling about what positions each owner values. But still, why did I agree to pay $8.00 for a Safety?

If I suck again this year, I might quit football like a 49er.

  2. Yeah, everyone definitely has a different philosophy. Personally, the only positions I can ever see myself drafting in the first 2 rounds are RB, WR, and maybe LB (I suppose if an Andrew Luck came around I could do that.)

DT, CB, and S are dead to me. Strictly $1 pickups.
