Colliders’ management restructured the contract of LB Alec Ogletree, who finished a disappointing 18th among linebackers last year. Ogletree was slated to earn $22.77 this year, in what would have been the final year of a 3-year RFA deal. Instead, he’ll make $14.55 and begin a fresh 3-year deal.
Ogletree begins a new chapter in the NFL, moving from the Rams to the Giants. Colliders’ owner Josh Hammond figured it would be worth the two extra years at a reduced rate to see what he can do in the Big Apple.
